Role Overview:
The Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the project meet the highest quality standards, in line with industry best practices and client requirements. This role involves designing and implementing quality control and assurance frameworks, monitoring deliverables, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with ITIL/ISO 9001 and other relevant standards. The Quality Manager will work closely with project teams to identify risks, address quality gaps, and drive continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control processes for the project
- Define and document quality standards, procedures, and benchmarks in line with project goals
- Conduct regular quality audits, reviews, and compliance checks
- Identify quality gaps, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality measures into workflows and deliverables
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare quality reports for stakeholders
- Train team members on quality policies, best practices, and compliance requirements
- Ensure adherence to ITIL/ISO 9001 standards and other applicable guidelines
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- More than 5 years managing large projects as Quality Manager
- Rolled out at least one similar project
- Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech / MCA
- Certification: ITIL and/or ISO 9001 (mandatory)
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking both English
