Job Description:
We are hiring experienced AR Callers with strong knowledge of US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). The role involves following up on insurance claims, resolving denials, and ensuring timely collection of outstanding accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up with insurance companies via calls and emails to check claim status.
- Handle denials and work towards claim resolution.
- Ensure timely collection of accounts receivable.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all communications.
- Work closely with the billing team for smooth claim processing.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of AR Calling experience (US Healthcare).
- Good communication skills (spoken & written English).
- Strong understanding of US Healthcare RCM process.
- Ability to work in night shifts.
- Salary up to 50k depends on your knowledge, experience and Last withdrawn.
