Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect with a minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience to design, document, and oversee the implementation of robust, scalable, and secure solutions. The role involves selecting appropriate technologies and platforms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and strategic objectives, and providing technical guidance to development teams. The Solution Architect will be responsible for creating architectural blueprints, specifications, and documentation, and will play a key role in mentoring technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document the overall architecture of solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms based on project needs and best practices.
- Ensure all solutions align with business requirements, strategic objectives, and compliance standards.
- Develop architectural blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation to guide implementation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to translate requirements into technical designs.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review and validate solution designs to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial to the organization.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Education: BE/B.Tech / MCA
- Certification: TOGAF (mandatory)
- Minimum 8 years of relevant IT experience.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-level IT solutions.

Technical Skills
- Expertise in enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks for solution prototyping.
- Experience with security design principles and compliance standards.
